you can contribute the very next time the server is going to be open, that is from mid June. In case that you'll miss the time period you are going to have time to contribute in september or december. Each time you can post one or all four panoramas with the culture theme,... until you reach number four of uploaded "culture" panoramas for the year 2012. It is same as it was last year for the "IYoForests", which is a parallel open all year theme 2012.
The theme for the june event is going to be announced soon.
