Hello Mike!

As fas as I do understand it, you will only be able to contribute to "Culture" during the times one
of the other 4 events of the year is open for contribution.

Last year I contributed all my contributions to "Forest" at the time the event "Best of 2011" was
open for contribution - without any problem.
