I had a speaker of Russian take a look at it, and it seems to be
promoting tourism of Canada (possibly a travel agency, it mentions
pricing at one point). The second link on the teal navbar ($B'/'Q'a'Z'c'Q'd'n(B
$B'a'Z'c'n'^'`(B) translates as "Send Mail," if you're looking for a contact
avenue. The text next to the Canadian flag ($B'1'!'/'0'2'!'.'/'='&(B $B'?','3'1'0')'*'8'*'*(B)
translates as "Panorama Exposition," and the text at the bottom says
"Moscow. All rights reserved." ($B'.'`'c'\'S'Q(B. $B'#'c'V(B $B'a'b'Q'S'Q(B $B'Y'Q'k'Z'k'V'_'m(B.)
