Yes, they look like a tour operator. But the idea of using QTVRs to attract 
people is not bad and we may try to support those of operators who really 
wish to use 3D-panos.

I suppose thay they grabbed Don's panos from the other site (closed now)
where no credits have been given also. They might not even know Don's name.
