Hey Guys,
I personally like the color quality of the D70. I also like the "feel" and the light weight.
But everyone is different. So I always check out 2 web sites before I make a decision.
They are: www.dpreview.com and www.luminous-landscape.com
Best Wishes,

S2 is a pro camera, D70 is "quite" not.
S2 delivers top quality of its range, but it is somehow clumsy to have 2
batteries. Expecially if you use the flash.
Vacation pictures? Lighter and simpler D70. S2 is too big-heavy-expensive.
Pro photo? S2, less rapid but more quality, even than the really good D70.
No problem for me, I'd never bring a digital on vacation with me.
