The only software I know about that is specifically for this is
Kaidan PanoPost (http://www.kaidan.com/Detail.bok?no=75).
I've never used a slit-scan camera, but I assume that some people on
the PanoTools web list might be able to help you
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PanoTools/).
