True. The best would be to have some translated pages at least with 
the basic information. Unfortunately this would need some time and be 
too late for this event. 

Just because of curiosity I played with babelfish translation 
http://world.altavista.com/babelfish/tr and found it suprisingly good 
(at least the german one)! What about placing a direct link to 
automatic translated versions in the meantime?
