I got the impression that you had a fast start, then broke it with more
changes. When you do this, the original track remains. When you do a
second fast start, notice how much it adds to the file. Depending on
your preview choices, it might be about 20 KB and you won't care. If it
is a lot larger, and you want to keep the file size smaller, it might
be worth making the pano again. Or you could experiment with deleting
the original fast start track. I wonder if you could delete all extra
video tracks, redo the annotations, and finally export with the fast
start option. I know there's a better way, maybe using Jon Summer's
tools.
