A while ago in this forum, Yuval Levy (I believe it was him, I think it
was for the Marketplace event) posted something about how to go about
using the proper channels to gain access to restricted areas. There
were references to the WWP press release information, among other tips
and suggestions.
There is a bridge in my community owned by a railway company. The
bridge has a control booth at the top which would give a fantastic
vantage point for me. I *could* just take my chances, climb the ladder,
and tresspass, but I would much rather have permission.
