Borders - A World Wide Panorama

The latest edition of the World Wide Panorama has been posted to the
site:

It features 240 new VR panoramas on the theme "borders". Truly a
world wide event, there are entries from 43 countries, including 24
states of the US and 5 Canadian provinces.
There are several new features, most noticeably Google search (of
just the WWP, or the whole web). Complete Google Earth information is
provided (thanks to Thomas Rauscher). Behind the scenes, new code has
been added (retroactively for all events) to counter plug-in problems
with Internet Explorer (thanks to Markus Altendorff).
This event brings the total on the site to over 2000 panoramas by 636
participants. The next event is planned for June 21-25, 2006, with
the theme "gardens".
