This could be a firewall problem - or something was temporarily unavailable. I can
connect to the server from "here", so right now it's not the server itself that's
too busy. More likely either an over-zealous ISP that blocks all non-standard ports,
or some sort of firewall - we've had some problems like that in the past already. If
you're trying it from your office, and it fails, make another try from home.
Note that the account request is currently turned off anyway, i.e. even if you can
connect, you'll only get a "please try again (much) later" page ;)
I guess it'll be at least a week or so, maybe even only after starting with the
shooting period, until the server is open again.
