My guess is that your panohead is not precise or you actually took them 
at 43 degrees.
I can see on your panorama that they do not blend at all at the center

Also it is possible that when you optimize the optimizer can stretch  
the images slightly which of course will give them wrong proportions.
Your pano is not aligned with vertical controlpoints. Thats why the 
cache is waving when you pan around.
