I've been out of town for a week and had very little email access -
which I saved for personal emails and didn't bother following lists.
I can't send a reply to this thread that is any better than what
Roger wrote. Please let this be the end of the discussion and if
it's not we'll either have to put individuals on moderation or the
list on moderation.
