It puts the copyright violater in a worse position in some ways, but
copyright is copyright whether or not money is involved. That's why
someone isn't allowed to put our VRs on their web site without our
permission, whether or not it is a money-making thing.
This is really part of a 'bigger picture' thing, but I have some info
