Hi Caroling and Sacha:
Yes, at first it may seem that having categories is a bit limiting -- but, similar to the WWP
having themes, you are only limited by your creativity and imagination as to what you enter
in the contest.
Other than that, it _is_ a photography contest sponsored by a photography organization --
so entries must be photographic in nature. I'm sure most of us would agree that this isn't a
limitation at all -- for many of us in the WWP and/or the IVRPA, a camera is our paintbrush of
choice. :-)
