I'm still a bit confused as to where this originated as I never
received the letter that was copied to the group list. Was this sent
out only to selected individuals? Given that the (as originally
written) the letter implied that ALL content on the site was subject
to be used without permission if no response was made, shouldn't a
copy have been sent to everyone?
Who knows, maybe a spam filter trapped it, but I'm curious if I'm the
only one who heard nothing until it appeared here?
This is totally separate from my feelings about whether this is a
worthy/proper use of our materials ... just more of a procedural
indictment of the way they've gone about this.
