AYRTON,
For what it is worth, I have send a email strongly worded such to both of the contacts, declining any use of my images without written permission.
I personally suggest everybody so the same, this will force a polite start over of this possible project with a clear definition of fees collected in accordance with this and how the artist will be given credit.!
Guess I should have my attorney send a letter demanding a cut of any collected fees. ;-) I believe there are strong precedence for protecting the artist in Europe just like here.
