Hi all,
I'm asking about the full list of panos because I suppose that we have to
have as much evidences as we can before starting any major action. So far we
have the only evidence - the Willy's movie (thanks, Willy!) which shows ~20
panos. We may only suppose that most of those ~2500 panos displayed are used
and altered without any permission. We have to take an effective action and
need to have most of the authors involved.
As far as I understand the copyright law only the copyright holder of a
stolen content may submit any claim unless he/she formally delegates the
right to represent him/her to anybody else. But in any case he should
definitely know and have clear evidence that his work had been stolen. So if
we want our action to take effect we need to have the list even if this
action will be just to release a message to the world signed by most of the
authors whos work had been used illegally.
Thanks Carl and Hans! If anyone can try to dig out the information, please
send it to the group. I will definitely join an action if I have an
information if my work was also displayed there or not. To sign a message I
do not need this but if an action will be decided to be more official, every
copyright holder should represent himself.
