But if you don?t know if your image is used- how can you basically prove this ?
Just by their announcement (Carl send) ?

Shouldnt we all individually just invoice them for the use of our images
and inconvenience (x the number of images each of us have uploaded to the
WWP) As a commercial photographer in the UK I know how much the images I
have on the WWP are worth to me. I have two images on there and would send
them an invoice for them plus an inconvenience fee and as for it to be paid
within 30 days unless they can prove that they were not used. Im quite
temped to do this, just waiting to see what happens here first.
Would the IVRPA be of any help to this situation ?
