Looks beachy to me. Could be "Golden Beach". Don't see any reason
that this isn't a panorama. The color changes as I rotate, especially
from the sun-glaring value in the west (?) to the richly-colored east
or area away from the sun. Actually it is growing on me. I walk a
similar beach often and this captures the moving mood. I don't know
the artist or artwork in ruled lines. Can you find it?
