If I read correctly, Carsten didn't write that he regards him as
neutral. Only as trustworthy regarding his information about the
offers he sent to Yuval Levy and he didn't get answered.

Obviously a lawyer can't be very happy about the things Peter Weibel
wrote. And most likely Mr. Weibel didn't consult Prof. Vogel before
he wrote his arrogant statement.

Again, if I read correctly, Yuval can't be trusted anymore.
Apparently he withheld the fact that there was an offer to negotiate
both from the ZKMf list and the taskforce. And obviously he refused
to correct his false claim about the copyright of the expertise...
