Apply for an account - still closed?

Well, this will be my first event, and I'm need to create an new
account at WWW Preparation Server, the message from login page says
"The server will be open from June 18 to June 29 for the next WWP
event "Time" ", but the new account page says "The account processing
for the preparation server is currently inactive. Please try again
after the server has opened for the next event... around June 21st"
Today is June 18st, I miss something here or may I wait a little more?
