>Sell it by Amazon, so the shipping will be cheaper. If something's effectively self-published it can be very hard to get Amazon to take it. And it demands 50 or 60% of the price for any books it sells anyway. Amazon is *great* for the buyer, but it absolutely screws the publisher. k
