I'm having the same problem as Wayne. I have tried to upload a number of
times without success. I made the files smaller on three occasions well
under to published size limits.

I have tried repeatedly to upload my equirectangular jpg file for the
Necessity event without success. I tried iExplorer and Chrome and also tried
using a different computer at work.
The image is 8,000 x 4,000 pixels and the file size is 6 MB so it falls
within the limits.
How can I get it to upload?
