I have full admin access to the preparation server, but that one was external at the Markus place. It is down for over two months - I tried to delete the participant who was complaining before the "shut down". When I try to log in it reports "FUNCTION wwprecord.OLD_PASSWORD does not existError: User not recognized.". Bo?tjan
