FTP is a software used for uploading/downloading your webpages and other files to/from a server.
***.***.***.*** (such as 128.32.102.88 for WWP members) is the IP address.
My problem is that I have uploaded my files into the folder named "submit_here", but I can not see anything in it after uploading! Why? So I uploaded it (jesselee.zip) again at the root.
