Dear Mark Pahuta,

FTP is a File Transfer Protocal that helps your software talk to a
server's software. Download a trial version of a FTP client for free
for demo at http://www.ftpvoyager.com/. Or look up FTP software on the
web and find one you like. The FTP program will have some kind of menu
command, usually in FILE>, that will allow you to make a CONNECTION to
the WWP server. The menu command, usually FILE>NEW CONNECTION>, will
ask for certain information. That will be a location/IP address
(128.32.102.88), a user (wwp), and a password (equinox). Use the
information in ()parenthesis. Also, it will ask for a path/file/folder
name but you can leave that blank. After you connect, find a folder
called "submit_here" and double-click it. "submit_here" should become
the name of the window. In the window there will be a button called
PUT or PLACE or UPLOAD or something of that nature. Click it and
navigate your hard drive to MarkPahuta.zip and select it, and the
program will send it to the WWP.

The WWP will email you a confirmation email if you are successful.

Hope that helps,

John Schwarzell
