Andy,
you can get this effect also with PTViewer. Use the "mass"-parameter.
From documentation:
"mass - Inertia can be added to the viewer using a virtual mass
(floating point parameter).
This parameter influences the response of the viewer to directional
changes.
By default, this parameter is set to 0 turning off any delayed response.
The useful and visible range of parameters for this option is ~10-30."
Aldo use his SPi-V engine, based on Macromedia Shockwave.
