It's called tearing (part of the image refreshes as onother part has already been drawn). A driver thing. Looking into that.
Also, I see thin black lines between the tiles.
Known issue, fixed some time ago in the current beta programme.
Using a dual 18 ghz G-5, OS-X 10.3.5, GeForce FX 5200 in the AGP slot.
Well, what wouldn''t run smooth on that machine ;-)
