Hi,

here's a follow up on the size problem: The fullscreen pages 
now do use a "inner height minus 90 pixels" rule.

As is always the case with computer code, it seemed to work 
well on my machines:
- PC / IE
- PC / Firefox
- Mac / Firefox
- Mac / Safari
- Mac / Opera

If you notice any problems with the fullscreen display on 
your machine, please drop me a note. There may be room for 
improvement :)
