The lens settings that I use for this setup are:
Lens: Full-Frame Fishee (Rectangular)
a: 0.000001
b: -0,044967
c: 0.028705
hor. [d]: 4.32593
vert. [e]: -2.11.19
All other lens settings : zero.
Save these settings into a database as described in the PTMac Help file
under "Lens Settings".
