Yes, "something easy to run and use" for Mac exists - PanoCube Plus
for Mac OS X.
This one delivers to you much more options than MakeCubic does and
easier to use then rest of the programs - no annoying Aqua interfaces
- just Drag&Ready.
You need to wait a few days as I'm test the program now.
