Congratulations to everyone - the site looks superb. This is a real example of the power
and reach of the Web, and its ability to inspire creativity.

Seconded - the preparation server is a real achievement. I'd love to know what the
underlying technology is - PHP? Perl? Whatever, it works like a charm.

What a terrible blow - an absolute nightmare. It's one of my great fears, coming home to
find everything destroyed. There's so much that insurance can never replace - images,
data, and of course simple things that have great personal significance. I hope that the
things the insurance can replace are settled quickly and easily.
