Hi There
I think you are right to take this approach. I therefore change my
previously expressed opinion and now think you should protect the
files as much as is practical. This will ensure the continued
participation of as many as possible. As well as filling in metadata I
try to put my own name on the nadir, and usually a linked hotspot
there as well.
