Silly me - I responded to the "Birdhouse", and not to the "Thunder"
panorama with its exposure problems - Sacha's response is much more
appropriate :-)
Still, the original images can be tweaked up using Photoshop's filters.
I use a Mac, so for me, the "use color/brightness correction" and using
Enblend takes care of most exposure variations between source images.
This was a problem before I learned not to forget to put the camera on
"manual exposure" before I shoot :-(
