PC or Mac? If PC you can use Super (C)
(http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html), which has a rather spammy
website, a bit hard to get to the download link. That and the fact that
it is an exe file makes it hard to believe that is an authentic program,
without any nags or spywares but it isn't. I have it installed here and
it is ok. I went through the same problem as you on my last submission
and that's what I used to convert to a mov.
