Clarification, we are not asking anyone to send the prints mounted. If
you have the prints, you can send those in a tube. We will figure out
how to mount them on the exhibition.
Also, that won't be a problem whatsoever for those attending the Tucson
2010 Conference.
If you don't have an actual print or it is impossible for you to send
the print to us, submit your image anyway and specify it as a digital file.
All approved images that exist only in digital file format will be
printed by David Orbock of Full Circle Photo, my co-organizer of the
exhibition.

I am sorry that the world isn't perfect, but don't fear, for every rules
there is an exception ;-)
If you have a Gigapixel to submit, go ahead, if approved we will take
care of those exceptions too.
Notice that we have this line in the announcement:

I have no problem in discussing these details in the mailing lists,
although I am worried that some might complain that we are cluttering
their maiboxes.
Nevertheless, I hope I have addressed all issues, if anymore arise, feel
free to ask.
