Thanks again for another great year of the WWP. As for the declining
participation I have to agree that the short shooting period is what makes
the WWP kind of special and is not a cause for the decline. Here in
Hamilton we have a regular Art Crawl every second Friday evening of the
month where folks come into the Art Gallery district of the downtown and go
from gallery to gallery to view art shows, hear music, and meet other
similarly minded folks. I have been asked to demonstrate the panorama making
process to the local camera club and a photography collective that exhibit
together. I will definitely be pushing the WWP as an avenue for publishing
and viewing panoramas. Maybe if everyone took on a similar challenge we
would grow the participation. In something like this the word of mouth is
king.
