How about we do it every 6 months instead?

That means we still get a fairly regular event; we get more time to 
perfect our creations in post-production and we can avoid bad weather 
days by choosing a day to shoot on.

I think we have to keep a balance between the time we all have 
available for this 'hobby project', the quality of the outputs and how 
all the data is collated & presented at the end of the day.
