QuickTime 7.1.3 changes kiosk and Flash availability

QT 7.1.3 doesn't report a problem, but by default, it does not show
Flash tracks or allow kiosk mode. To get them, you have to check
boxes under settings in QuickTime Preferences. If you don't have QT
Pro, can you change settings in the browser?
To get them from the browser controller bar, click the right downward
arrow, and choose "Plug-In Settings..."
On the dialog that pops up, click "Advanced".
Click a check box to Enable Flash. Not having this by default breaks
many of my movies. I am very unhappy about this.
Click a check box to Enable kiosk mode. Who would choose to cripple
their options? Does this break kiosk mode as used in WWP? If this box
is checked, people can't change settings, so if they did this before
enabling Flash, I guess they wouldn't be able to
