They are of much interest for most visitors, but that doesn't mean
that you see them when you briefly browse the pages for the first
time. I have doubts that more than a few sees e.g. the "Open
Fullscreen" icon. Is there some statistics for the percentage of
fullscreen views?
The general visitor isn't trained like a pilot to keep constant track
of all buttons and needles.
