Milko,

good analysis, as always.

exactly, that's what globorama is.

yes, can somebody in Germany volunteer to draft an invoice? for now make
it into a spreadsheet so that we can add to the count of works being
invoiced.

@Carl: I would love it if it was you to do this ;-)

no - technical stuff can wait for later. this sort of locking does not
work technically, and doing it now sends a signal of "we have not
protected our work as good as we should have", while the clearer signal
is already out there: we protect our work by legal means and not by
technical means, leaving it up to the viewer to behave legally or face
consequences.

proposal worth considering, but for now there is zero money to consider.
let's first see how far we get in the negotiation.

before talking the future I want to have the past settled. And if from
the settlement of the past I see that the other party understands
copyright and show signs of being respectful in the future to us and to
other artists, then I may consider licensing for the future (and even:
donating a license for the future, if the proper conditions for a
donation are met).

I'd like you on that panel too. Somebody in Germany should be the lead.

I'd kindly ask Willy to take the lead (aren't you recently retired, with
a lot of time on a high speed train and with a notebook ;-) )

I'll be happy to help/assist.

Yuv
