I finally managed to reproduce this behavior on Win 7 IE 10: Open Developer Tools (F12) then set IE to IE 10 compatibility mode and document mode to IE 7 standard. Open f.e. http://worldwidepanorama.org/worldwidepanorama/wwp313/fullscreen/DaveAlb...
I couldn't reproduce the behavior if I go via fullscreen button.
