I checked my panos. Most are cylinders and look OK in Safari 8.0.5 on Mac. The ones failing are the ones with Flash tracks and the 360s. My Time and Location cubes say "Loading image, one moment please." Uri, the Sanctuary pano of yours says "Loading high resolution data, one moment please." They never seem to load. Could you folks say what event, browsers, versions and OS you are using that fails?
I just found out that both of these panos play when I click "KRpano" down in the left corner. That pops up a screen of choices. Mine was set to "Automatic". When I chose "QuickTime VR", they both played. I guess it is HTML5 that is not compatible. Of course, duh, they aren't. Now I'm thinking it would be great if the server knew that QTVR was needed and could make a more useful error message. Being on Auto must be causing a lot of errors.

Curious. My older qtvr panoramas play without trouble off my web site, same for my early (SWF) Flash panos, so I assume the problem could be with the wwp server.
Now I don't quite remember - how did we upload the older panoramas? When did we start to upload equirectangular files? Would it make sense to re-upload older panoramas? How?
