please try again, I've done some adjustments. It should accept files up to 20 MB now; though uploading may run into time limits rather than file size limits.
If it still doesn't work, you can send me the file, or a link where I can download it, then I'll add it via FTP.

Some history:In earlier times uploading was limited to (I think) 2 MB; it required some trickery like creating one's own copy of the PHP module to even be able to set custom configurations and go above that limit. I've checked just minutes before, while I recall that Dreamhost went to 16 MB in recent years, they seem to have relaxed their limitations even further; the absolute max limit is now 64 MB. There's still a 30 seconds limit on processing time; note that the time required for uploading can be much longer and is not supposed to factor into this since there's no processing happening until after the upload has finished. There is a limit on the amount of RAM; currently at 90 MB, but once again, this should not be an issue since the server does not open/expand/process the JPEG, it just stores it.

Did you get a message that the upload is too large or was the connection
reset?
I got an error 500 on my first try and a connection reset the second and
third one. File size is 10.251.814 Bytes
