Hi Markus,

Subject: WWP915/Peace event: Chrome, Safari or Firefox were all tested on my i-Mac (OS 10.6.8).

Please note that the Nadir is the main Point of Interest here. I have especially taken care of this unusual requirement during shooting and processing.

Unfortunately I had to reduce the dimensions of the panorama down to 5500 x 2750pix. to upload. The file size is then reported by the WWP preparation server at 6327078 Bytes (~6.4 MB).
Contradicting the uploading recommendations, I was unable to successfully upload to the WWP site above that value (that is largely inferior to the ~10 MB limit).

While the viewing experience is still very good locally on my computer (Panini viewer or FSPViewer) despite the small panorama resolution as long as level 10 of PS compression is selected, I observe that increasing JPEG compression gives rapidly a rather poor result.

This same panorama is worst when viewed on the WWP server: the Nadir is obviously mushy. That is why I tried to upload the heaviest file that could be. But I failed.

An error message told me to contact the WWP: could you help in solving the problem?

Best regards,

Michel Thoby
