Currently I am having similar problems with the preparation server. I have tried to upload my panorama jpg in many different ways, but the connection is always reset. The dimensions of my panorama are 10.000 * 5.000 pixel and file size is 8.3 MB. This is well below the limits published on the website. I am posting my problems to this address since there is no contact email-address given on the pages of the preparation server.
