Hi Ken, If you have World Wind V1.3.2 installed on your pc then the
address IS valid as it invokes WW to open with the location positon.
If you do not have World Wind installed then it will show an invalid
web page.
World Wind can be downloaded (free) from here :
http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/
Its quite large though 45Mb + 23Mb for .Net (if you need it).
Similar application to Goggle Earth
