Rick this is cheap russian lens Zenitar 16mm/2.8.
Lens is clean inside but there are some artefacts on the CMOS...
Yes I saw small "picture killers" inside the lens and once I tried to
remove it using strong air brush. No way. You have to clean it in
autorization servis.
