so far I had two professors in my department fail to view the QT
contents because they did not have QT preinstalled on their department
machines (I was there on one instance and I was really disappointed).
and that happened several times in the computer labs.
so far I've counted that all computers in the mechanical department
labs, computer department labs, petrolatum department labs, and chem
department labs they all did NOT have QT preinstalled and permission
does not allow me to install it (though I did manage to bypass the
user permission when installing flash player by forcing Win98 mode)
also keep in mind that each lab has different computers, here are the
models in the same order: Dell, IBM, Fujitsu, Compaq and HP.

so what are you talking about?
